The Source of Subsema

Weight Loss You Can Trust

The Semaglutide in Subsema is sourced directly from Rybelsus tablets from Novo Nordisk, the manufacturer of Rybelsus, Ozempic, and Wegovy. It is not sourced from outside chemical manufactures.

What is Subsema?

Subsema is sublingual, which means it requires no needles or injections. It uses a unique delivery system that, when placed under your tongue, has superior absorption compared to oral or injectable forms.

The Semaglutide used in Subsema is the same formula found in Rybelsus tablets, but since Rybelsus is taken orally, the absorption is less than 1%.  This is why the injectable form has been used more widely with better weight loss results.  Now with Subsema, you get similar efficacy of an injectable form but without any needles.

Compounded Semaglutide

Due to shortages of Ozempic and Wegovy, many compounding pharmacies began compounding their own “generic” versions of these drugs.  These medications are not FDA approved and the FDA has raised concerns about the sources of these ingredients.  If you aren’t using branded Ozempic or Wegovy, then you may not be aware of exactly where the source of the Semaglutide is coming from.
